    This company could not honour the signed contract..7 months delay after deadline is obviously breach of contract. We asked for return of down payment according to contract but they said they just don't have money for it, we had great communications and now 2 weeks without anything. Simply they like to go to court....so be it.. We are trying to be considerate but its just NOT what MyClick want.

    The building may be old, but the owner is nice. I remember when we couldn't pay for our rent for 2 months, he didn't demanded us of our payment because he knows of our situation. Instead, he waited patiently until we were able to pay. He didn't kick us out. He's really a great owner, although he passed away recently. You were a great person. Rest in Peace
