    the staffs in the cinema are very arrogant. i had the chance to ask the name of the employee, liza and the supervisor Yvette who assisted us, arrogantly. I asked for a refund for our tickets 55 minutes before the movie. Their rules says 1 hour before the movie starts. should they have considered my refund? The supervisor was not even on uniform when she arrived. Nonetheless, my refund was for 6 tickets and I asked for it because we bought the wrong tickets, instead of Talk back and you're dead, we bought The Giver. Liza, on the other hand, reasons out that she didnt want to refund our tickets because it were too many, and not because we are not allowed to. How lazy of Liza! shame on the management of Glorietta and the unprofessional supervisor who did not bother to explain.
