    not true about the cabs. i got a cab from quezon to makati easily, late at night (like closing time, past midnight). the doorman would call them for me and tell them to take me to makati, or they'd be waiting outside the bar or club. maybe you just have to catch the right cabs, or have the doorman call them for you.
